- Protrak digitized operations from planning to final assembly of structural elements, with upstream integration with 3D BIM design software and downstream integration with ERP.
- Enabled real time collaboration between planning team in office, production, quality team in the factory and assembly team onsite
- Protrak assigned unique QR code is stuck to each element and is scanned by field staff using mobile app to view details and act.
- Geolocation of the element tracked by Protrak by linking it to stockyard grid system.
- Fully digitized quality audits with auto-generated checklists, notifications/reminders. Inspectors must perform checks onsite and provide photo/videographic evidence using Protrak mobile app.
- Detailed reporting of project status and resource allocations.
